Are You Fat Because You Choose To Be

"You can either make excuses or make a great healthy body; you can't do both."
-Prabal Arora

"Don't you hear, I don't know why I'm so fat? I don't know why I can't lose any weight. I'm really tired. I used to be in great shape. I used to be an athlete. I used to be really active. And now I'm just not - lots of excuses, lots of talks. And ultimately, don't we all know why we can't lose weight, why we don't have any energy, and why we don't play sports anymore, because we choose not to? Isn't it right?"

Aren't you making Excuses for losing weight?

Isn't it that if you wanted to choose to lose weight, you would? If you wanted to choose to have energy, wouldn't you? If you wanted to choose to play a sport, wouldn't you. Don't some people say that they are too busy? They have to work.

Don't you think healthy people are busy too, and they have to work? Don't you know successful people who do lots and lots of things? Maybe they do lots and lots of things because they are fit and healthy! Isn't it really difficult to listen day in, day out to people who say, "I don't know why I'm so fat".

"Is being busy just an excuse for not exercising?"
-Prabal Arora

Aren't you making your own choices?

Has anybody ever snuck into your house while you're sleeping during the night, opened your mouth and forced feed you and you didn't know about it? Wasn't everything that you'd ever put into your mouth was your choice? Every bit of exercise that you've ever done or have not done has not been your choice?

And regardless of your genetics, blood type, weight or height, people say, Oh, I have to eat all of my food because my Italian mother gets cranky if I don't.

The bottom-line is won't you be fit, healthy and strong if you choose to be?

"Results or excuses “ Choice is yours."
Prabal Arora

What if you knew that it only takes a couple of minutes a day to stay fit and lose weight?

Doesn't every person on the planet who wants to look after his/her teeth will find two minutes every day to brush their teeth. One minute in the morning, one minute at night, could you invest precisely the same time? And people say to me, "But I don't have time"

Don't you always find time to brush your teeth? What if you exercise and brush your teeth as well? It takes the same time. That's all - one minute a day or one minute in the morning, one minute in the evening for two minutes a day. Can't it be enough? If you're not doing anything now and are overweight, unfit and unhealthy, then don't you think you should give it a go. Don't you want to lose weight, boost fitness, get healthy and get rid of obesity or any other disease if you have?

"There is not enough time to exercise. Billionaires also haven't got more than 24 hours a day"
- Prabal Arora

The most important thing about exercise is not how much you do; it's how regularly you do it and how good you feel when you exercise regularly. If you can afford to invest more time in your bodyweight workout to improve physical fitness, here is a suggestion. When you wake up every morning, and before you go to bed at night huff and puff for a few minutes, you will feel better and boost fitness. Huff and puff mean HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) or anaerobic exercises. You can exercise in your garage gym, nearest gym or in a boxing gym to get fit. Fitness workout should be part of your lifestyle fitness. Hire a certified personal trainer, set your fitness goals and do fitness workout and strength training/weight lifting. You can even join an online gym and do online workout. There are immense benefits of workout.

ACT NOW or still make excuses “ Isn't once again the choice yours only?

When you feel better, you do exercise. You don't even have to do more. But if you did, you would want to do more because you feel better. Is it worth making excuses about being overweight? Is it worth coming up with all the reasons that the whole world is using to be overweight, unhealthy, out of shape, and have no energy? The bottom line is that there are healthy people in the world because they choose to be and you can choose to look after you.

Isn't this your body and this is the only one you've got to live in for the rest of your life?

No  I Whining
No  I Quitting
No I Excuses
Take baby steps and start exercising NOW."
