Do You Do The BEST Exercise

Shocking Truth Revealed - Not Knowing "These Exercises Will Kill Your Body"

"Harder, you go better you build."

Could you chop down a tree with a spoon? Yes, you could, and it would take a very long time. Won't you look really silly and people would be wondering why are you doing it, but you probably could do it? And the exciting thing is that if you did it and got the result you wanted, you probably share with people that the best way to chop down trees is with a spoon. Now, there are some people who would chop down the same tree with the chainsaw and argue that the quickest, safest, fastest way to chop down trees is with a chainsaw. But you might defend your opinion because it worked for you “ chopping down the tree with a spoon.

How Exercises in Isolation makes some people feel that these are the BEST?

Unfortunately, exercise programs are the same because somebody can feel it in a particular muscle. They feel a burning sensation in a specific area of their body. They believe that that exercise is working for them. It's burning fat off that part of their body, or it's building muscle in that part of their body. And they think it's the best way to exercise, even though there's a better, safer, faster way to do it. But because the way they know is what they know, they're not open to learning.

Do you follow others without finding out the LOGIC?

Let's not be that person. Suppose you are a fitness freak or a fitness coach/a personal trainer or a gym instructor, don't you think it's your moral duty to learn how to keep the joints and muscles safe before prescribing specific exercises to our near and dear ones or clients? If you had to defend your exercise in a court of law, if somebody had hurt themselves, they had a joint injury because of an exercise that you had prescribed, would you be very comfortable defending that exercise in a court of law based on logic, common sense, and based on anatomy and physiology? Not somebody's opinion, not what you saw in a bodybuilding magazine, not what was recommended by a Guru of exercise or the latest fashion or fad in the fitness profession.

Would you not follow the BEST Exercise programme to continue for life?

Do you know that doing functional or compound exercises are the safest and best way to exercise? And regardless of what you love to do with the burn that you like to get or the feeling that you like to get in your muscle, would you recommend this exercise to somebody you care about - your friends and families - the people that you never want to hurt, and you wouldn't want to waste their time. You must make sure that they get the very best exercise program possible.

Would you ever consider giving them a second-best exercise? Of course not. So please don't start with yourself. If you are exercising and you look fantastic, people will be looking at you. Your beautiful body will inspire them. They'll ask you what you're doing. And if you're doing some dodgy exercise because you like the way it makes you feel, then they're going to start doing it too. They could hurt themselves. They could be wasting their time. Don't you think that you would be responsible for that. If you don't know your anatomy and physiology, isn't it worth learning a bit about it so that you exercise safely without hurting your muscles and joints throughout your life?

Why follow others and not Educate ourselves?

Please don't follow the fads in any fashion that goes on in the fitness profession. If you love advising people on exercises, then isn't it essential to learn the human body's anatomy and physiology to know what you are doing?

Let's give people the very best and safest exercises, the most effective functional exercises that will provide them with the best results in the shortest period. And isn't that what you want for yourself as well?

Congratulations in advance for being an educated professional who prescribes only the very best exercises and don't become the expert in somebody else's opinion.
