How to Reverse Aging and look YOUNG

Have you ever thought you could Reverse Aging and look YOUNG?

"You didn't lose youth; you became matured motivated and powerful."
- Prabal Arora

Isn't ageing inevitable? Is ageing fearlessly a choice? Have you ever asked yourself?

Don't we have two choices “ ponder over Aging or focus on getting healthier, fitter, and stronger. What you focus on depends on you! If you were to choose to say that you are getting old, feeling tired and sick “ how would you feel? Conversely, you have a different attitude where you say to yourself “ "I will stay young and strong; I am young at heart so as physically. I still feel the same energy." How would your body react now?

"Age is not a barrier. It's simply the state of your mind.
- Prabal Arora

What if you do all this in your 70s and 80s!

What if you decided that you would be young, fit, strong, and healthy for the rest of your life? Is it possible, physiologically? Of course, it's possible when you meet people who are still skiing down very steep mountains in their 70s or 80s; they're still running marathons when they're nearly 100, still riding horses when they're in their 90s - with their grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Isn't it amazing that they still have all the energy in the world? Do we need more evidence to prove that it's possible, and it's not genetics?

"Never place limitations on your potential to transform the body you wish for. Aged people achieved enviable results which younger ones could not."
- Prabal Arora

What are we becoming?

Isn't feeling young a state of mind? Don't we choose this feeling? Don't you think that we need to have a positive attitude? If we're grumpy and miserable, always looking at the dark side of life and all the miserable things happening in today's world, what kind of personality we are becoming? Optimistic or pessimistic! If our attitude is negative, do you think we can be positive and confident about reversing the ageing process or actually believing it's possible?

"Ageing is not lost strength and charisma but a different state of gains, confidence and knowledge."
- Prabal Arora

What if you knew how to stay young and healthy?

Are you excited to know how we can stay young, fit, and healthy for life? Am I going to offer you a magic wand, a pill, or some cream you apply on your face and look younger than your age, or a pill to make you feel stronger? These could be the solution. But do you think these will last long?

a) Lift weight

So, the best way to remain strong and look younger is to stay fit. And to keep fit, we need to lift. Do we? Why is that so? Is there any science behind it? Do we know that muscles are more important to our overall health and fitness than we ever thought possible? Why do we grow old? Is it because we stop doing what we were doing - stop lifting, stop running, or living an active lifestyle?

Recent researches showed that longevity is directly proportional to the number of muscles you have on your body and how healthy those years will be. Do you know that after the age of 20, we lose about half a pound of muscle mass every year if we don't lift the weight, and this process of losing muscles is called sarcopenia?

What if you could reverse Ageing?

The good news is that it's possible to reverse sarcopenia, which means stop the loss of muscles and build more muscle mass by overloading our muscles. So, if you keep doing what keeps muscles and bones strong, you'll stay strong because the muscle and bone's actual physical makeup deteriorates when you don't apply pressure to it. If you lift heavy things, you will maintain muscle mass and develop more. Your muscles are blind. They don't know whether you are lifting a brick, a bucket of water/sand, a log, a child, a suitcase, a box, your shopping stuff, or a dumbbell.

"We are all dying species. Lift weight to delay the process."
- Prabal Arora
b) Get Puffed

Are you aware that the second way of remaining healthy, fit, and strong is to get puffed? So, once again, keep doing what you always used to be doing. If you're not fit at the moment and want to get fit, what suggestion would you like to give yourself? Do you have any other way to get fit except getting puffed, and how long does it take? 10 seconds! Really!!! How is it possible?

Really!!! It takes 10 seconds only!

Yes, it does take only a few seconds to make sure that our heart and lungs are pumping blood and oxygen through our body, to make sure that those vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals, and fibre get to the places where they're supposed to go and that our body is actually capable enough to move out of the bed in the morning rather than dragging itself out of bed. And I can do all the things that I want to do all day. So, the only way to do that is to stay fit. Isn't it interesting, as we get older, we seem to hear people say, "Oh, I've got to slow down, I've got to do less, I'm getting older? Well, people who don't slow down and don't do less don't get older. Isn't it true? Have you seen people around you jogging/cycling at the age of 70 or even 80?

"Age, ailment or YOU are not a barrier to get fit; what your mind can perceive, you can achieve. Let your inherent unlimited power work on you."
- Prabal Arora

Now the exciting part is that your heart and lungs don't know whether you're boxing, skipping, running, or even playing with kids in the park/school or playing with your great-grandkids in the backyard. Your heart and lungs would know if you overload them; if they get puffed, you will get the beat.

Strangely, the beautiful thing about being fit, as we know, is that if your body is fit, you become a fat-burning machine while resting. So, you'll actually stay lean for the rest of your life because your body prefers to burn fat rather than any other calorie.

Get FIT to burn FAT. Do you know that?

c) Fuel your body

Third, but not the last way of looking younger than your age and staying healthy, fit, and strong is to eat nutritious food. Don't we know that? Is there any debate on it? So, if I were to ask you that if you were your own High-Performance eating coach, which food would you choose to make sure that you are full-on energy and you feel fantastic, you've got great skin, great hair, great nails, and a superb immune and digestive system? Would you say to me, "I need to eat takeaway food, low nutritious food, high-fat food, high salt food, high sugar food, and food that makes me feel tired and lethargic?

So, what do I eat to look great and lose weight?

Don't we all know that we choose more variety if we choose more food out of the ground? We pick fruit, vegetables, whole grains, and all the things that come out of the land; we're going to feel much better. Conversely, if we choose stuff that comes in a packet or a bag, which some people call 'junk food,' do we need to eat too much? Is it possible to balance both so that we enjoy eating all types of food but still stay lean, fit, and strong forever?

Also, is it possible that you don't need to eat too much if you don't work or move too much? On the other hand, if you stay active, you need to put more calories into my body and more food. I do that as I love food. What about you? So, should we eat to suit our activity level? It reminds me of a statement, which I never understood, "Eat to live; not live to eat!"

Isn't it the secret of staying younger for long?

If we choose to age fearlessly, don't you think we should drink more water, eat more fruit and vegetables along with enjoying our yummy 'chocolate cake or fish n chips,' get puffed, overload our muscles, be happy and enjoy life? Isn't that the secret of staying young, fit, healthy, and strong?

Isn't it a choice that we make to age fearlessly? I leave this for you to answer!

"Ageing fearlessly is a state of mind."
