"When you place limitations in any area of your life, be it financial, physical or even spiritual, you restrict your growth. You become complacent. Break the walls of limitations created by you, or jump over them."

I'm too busy to exercise. I haven't got enough time. I'm really busy at work; I have to do overtime all the time. There's absolutely no way that I can be healthy, fit and strong and work as hard as I can. So, is it possible that if you had ever said that your job, where you go to work, keeps you away from being healthy, fit, lean and in great shape?
If it were true then next question would be - why do you work there? Would you still work if your boss stopped paying you? If you got sick, you couldn't keep working there. If you did something for five days a week, 48 weeks of the year, 40, 50 years of your life, and you hated it, is it possible that you could be stressed and becoming unhealthy? When you feel stressed, is it possible that your logical attitude towards food and exercise is different from if you had a career you loved or a business you were excited about or you were doing what you were passionate about every day?
Isn't that you have a choice?
So there are people who have a career that they love. They have a successful and profitable business, and they're healthy, fit and strong. They love their life. The question is, why don't you and of course, there is a reason why don't you? Because if you don't want that, then you won't do it. If you do want it, you'll do whatever it takes to make sure that you are happy, healthy, fit and strong. You have a career that you love, and you're doing what you are absolutely passionate about every day.
So you could blame your job, or you could make a change! You could blame your boss, or you could become your own boss! You could decide that being healthy, fit and strong is fantastic or you could choose to stay the same. Isn't that great that we have a choice?
"Winners don't give any excuses of not doing it. Either You want to do it or don't."
