What Everybody Ought to Know About Low FAT and High FUN
Would you like to be the inspiration to so many other people or always be inspired by others only?

So you've got low body fat percentage. You are amazingly muscular; you have got ripped abdominals, you've been going to the gym for a really long time. You are disciplined with your health, food and exercise. Fantastic!!!
But are you a really nice person? What a great question to ask me and ask yourself. Regardless of what you look like, beauty comes from inside. Doesn't it?
Is beauty only skin-deep?
Doesn't matter how ripped you are if you are an ugly person on the inside, those ripped abdominals don't look so lovely on the outside. And how do we know if we're a nice person? Do people want to invest time with us because we're kind, we're gracious; we're respectful. Do we treat people with respect and in a non-judgemental, non-gossiping and non-criticizing way?
Do we praise people and have a happy smiley face to make them laugh? Do we have a sense of humour? Are we cool under pressure, and we make our world a better place? What great questions do I ask myself every day?
Could you be the inspiration for your families?
And may you ask yourself the same? If you want to inspire your families and friends to be healthy, fit and strong, and have a life of being in great shape, having energy and vitality to live an extraordinary life, what's the use if you're not a great person? What's the benefit of being fit?
Motivation doesn't bring sustainability; inspiration does.

If you're not very much fun, what's the use of having a great resting heart rate? If you don't have a big heart that's generous and wants to give back to your world, your community and the people in your world, what's the use of accumulating so much of wealth?
When people meet you, they are happy to see you. Great questions, I ask myself. May you ask yourself the same? Because once again, it's not about how we are, it's how much fun we add to our world. It's not about how great we are; it's how loving, kind, gracious and respectful we are. Everybody likes us, not because we're thin, but because we're thankful and delightful.
