What You Did Not Know About Ageing is a Blessing and How to Live The
Last Years of Your Life

Isn't it some of us think and say when we grow old?
I have grey hair, wrinkles, joints that ache, and it takes a little bit longer to warm up. I have a metabolism that burns off squidgy bits a little bit slower. It's called ageing. And isn't it fantastic?
Nobody wants to know how and when you will die, but when your time comes, do you want to go knowing that you have lived a life full of happiness, excellent health and vitality? Wouldn't it be nice to pass away at a ripe age in your sleep peacefully and not spend the final years of your life miserable and suffering from a disease?
Many of us have accepted the fact that one day we will land up in a retirement home or our family members will look after us. However, imagine you never had to go and live in one, and you could be healthy, strong and independent for the rest of your life? How cool is that?
Most people talk about getting old in a very negative tone. And I just think it's the best thing that could happen to a human being. Of course, we are going to age chronologically. And isn't it incredible that we have lived a life, have experienced things, have had challenges, and overcame them? We have been happy. We have been sad, we have been angry, we have been annoyed. And all of those things make up the fantastic rich tapestry of life, as they call it.
"Surround yourself with positive people. Negativity is like a knife in the kitchen, which can hurt anytime.

Could there be a better way to live later years of our life?
So instead of being miserable about lines around your eyes and spending hundreds and thousands of dollars on trying to get rid of them and instead of being angry about it, calm down and be really thankful that you are alive, too. Of course, it takes a little bit longer to burn squeegee bits off your metabolism when you grow old.
What if your experience could help others?
Isn't it that you have the opportunity to share your experiences with other people at this age? Isn't it exciting when you have been through something, you have had a tough time, how you handled it, how you overcame it; you can share how you dealt with it? What happens is then some people don't have to go through the same hassles that you did because they can learn from your experiences rather than going through tough times on their own.
Why not be grateful for what we have?
So when you wake up in the morning, look in the mirror, you are more chronologically advanced than 21. The bottom cheeks are starting to head towards your knees because they are not quite as tight as they used to be. There are some expression lines around your eyes. Shouldn't you be excited that you have lived a life, be proud of the person you are, and be excited about the person you are becoming?
Isn't getting chronologically older fantastic, and still, we can stay young? Of course, we can, because we can be healthy, fit and strong for a lifetime. Are you aware there are people running marathons at 50, 60, 70 and 80? Surprisingly, the most exciting guy was the 100-year old who ran marathons, and he beat five people. Five people had to go home and say, "We were beaten by a 100-year-old man today."
Are there any excuses now? Can't we stay young for as long as we want, and be appreciative of every wow experience we have ever had in our life? How does that sound?
"Get bold, not old. Lift weight and get puffed to stay young for long and have an excellent quality of life."
